Getting to the Venue

Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium is located at Roseburn Street, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ.

By Car

Scottish Gas Murrayfield is located to the west of the city and has private parking. The destination postcode is EH12 5PJ.

There is no official event parking arranged at the venue, although spaces may be available on the day. Overnight parking at the venue is not permitted, so it may be best to source parking independently.

Services such as YourParkingSpace and Parkopedia may be helpful. Public transport is also convenient, with a dedicated tram stop at Murrayfield Stadium.

By Train

By Bus

From Edinburgh city centre, take one of the frequent Lothian Buses heading towards the west or airport. These buses run along Westfield Road, Gorgie Road or Corstorphine Road, all within a short walk of the venue. For more information, visit Lothian Buses.

By Tram

Take Edinburgh Trams directly to the stadium. There is a dedicated Murrayfield tram stop beside the venue on Roseburn Street, allowing you to walk straight from the tram to the entrance.

By Air

Edinburgh International Airport is approximately 6 miles from the stadium. Buses, trams and taxis are all available, with direct links to the stadium.

What time is the event?

Friday 2 October

• Workshops: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• The fire alarm is tested at 9:30 am every Friday.

Saturday 3 October

• Doors open: 8:30 am
• Keynote starts: 9:00 am
• Sessions finish: 5:45 pm
• Evening Cabaret: 7:00 pm to 11:50 pm

Fire Alarm and Evacuation

The fire alarm is a continuously repeated verbal message. Confirmation will be given by The Murrayfield Experience or Scottish Rugby when it is safe to re-enter the building.

Members of staff will direct attendees to the appropriate assembly point. A copy of the evacuation plan is available in all hospitality suites.

Please note that the alarm is tested every Friday at 9:30 am. If your event takes place on a Friday, please bear this in mind.

Access to the Thistle and President's Suites is via the main entrance, where a lift is available to the centre section.
